PLEASE BE AT THE POOL IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR YOUR WARMUPS
I n school hall at Ard Scol will be open early for anyone going to other competitions. 7.45
There are no shoot individual details just turn up and you will be accommodated.
Running will take place at the rear of the K Leisure Pool at 8.15 (Chip and Pin) continuous rolling run.
Swimming at K Leisure Pool - Open from 6.45am
- 1st Warm Up 7.00am
- First Heat 7.15
Provisional results will be posted throughout the event for the individual phases as the competition progresses.
