Directions: Kilossery Lodge Stud Course Map: Click Here Date: Saturday 14th June 2025 Course is open for inspection from 2.00pm Friday 13th June 2025 for walking and Saturday. Kilossery gates close at 9.30pm Friday. We ask all people walking course DO NOT TO CLIMB on Fences AND be aware of ONCOMING horses on the course during competition.

XC Riding Phase:
Competitors are required to bring their own Bibs for XC phase. Cross country numbers will be issued within the competitor information packs. Course is open from 2.00pm Friday 13th June for walking and all-day Saturday 14th June

Tack Inspection
- A thorough check of tack should be carried out by the parent or guardian accompanying the competitor before leaving the box prior to presenting for Tack Inspection.
- The cross-country phase will begin at 10.00am in numerical order following tack inspection.
- Once competitors have completed the cross-country phase all competitors will cool down their horse and wash off at own box, they must bring their own water and bucket to do so.

Queries
Queries on the riding phase must be emailed to the secretary's office within 30 minutes of the provisional scores being posted. Queries must be approved by the nominated branch official/DC. Phase queries may be submitted via email under the Contacts 'Submit a query'

40. Forbidden Assistance
(a) Outside assistance is forbidden under penalty of elimination
(b) Any intervention by a third party, whether solicited or not, with the object of facilitating the task of the competitor or of helping his horse is
considered illegal assistance.
(c) In particular the following are forbidden
- (i) Intentionally to join another competitor and to continue the course in company with him.
- (ii) to post friends at certain points to call directions or make signals in passing.
- (iii) for anyone at an obstacle actively to encourage the horse by any means whatsoever.
- (iv) for anyone, including a fence judge or official, to call back or assist a competitor by directions to rectify an error of course.
- (v) to receive any information, by any means whatsoever, about the course, before it is officially open to competitors.
(d). Whether or not a competitor has received forbidden assistance, and is to be eliminated, will be left to the discretion of the Chief Steward of the Riding phase. Normally a competitor will be eliminated unless, in the opinion of the Chief Steward, he/she did not receive benefit in any way from such assistance.
