Minimus and Tetrathlon Fun Days

The Wicklow Hunt and Shillelagh Branches will be hosting a Minimus and Tetrathlon (no shoot) Fun Day on Saturday 29th April.  The closing date for entries is Tuesday 25th April.  Entries may be made online at  For full details of this event, click here... 
Meath Hunt Branch will hold a Minimus and Fledgling Swim and Run on the 1st May in Kells, Co. Meath.  They will also host a Juniors and Seniors Triathlon (shoot, swim and run). Entries will be take on the day.  For full details, click here...

Area 2 Irish Pony Club Festival Show Jumping Qualifier


Area 1 and 2 Show Jumping Classic Qualifier

Area 2 will host both the IPC Festival Show Jumping Qualifier and the Area 1 and 2 Show Jumping Classic Qualifier on Monday 1st May, 2017 at JAG Equestrian, Rathmore, Naas, Co.Kildare. 
Please Note: The Show Jumping Classic Qualifier is open to ALL members of the Irish Pony Club.
Entries close Thursday 27th April for the Festival Show Jumping Qualifier.  Entries online only.
Entries for the Show Jumping Classic Qualifier can be made on the day, time permitting.

Irish Pony Club Area 4 Information and Training Evening

Area 4 will host an Information and Training Evening on Friday May 5th 2017 from 7pm to 9.30pm at Grennan College E.C., Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. Speakers will include:
  • Ciara Power, International Event Rider, IPC Instructor, HSI L1
  • Liseanne Kearns, IPC Area 4 Training Representative

8 am start in Athy swimming pool followed by pistol shooting and running training. The training is open to: 1.  The juniors who are successful in making the IPC squad following the trials in Kilkenny on Sunday 19th. 2.  Senior tetrathletes who are interested in a places on Irish Pony Club teams for the Home International Tetrathlon which will take place at the      Tetrathlon Championships 25th, 26th 27th August      also team places for the UKPC Senior Regional competition 5th & 6th August.
