It is to review the 2016 competitions and to look ahead at the plans for 2017.

We would welcome your questions, observations and views from this year to email@example.com by 1st November. This would help us to set an agenda and so arrange a productive meeting.
The Pony Club Hunting Exchange
The Pony Club Hunting Exchange
Every year an International Hunting Exchange is arranged for members from the United Kingdom, United States and Ireland. This time it is the turn of the Irish Pony Club to host this exciting opportunity which is planned to take place during the mid term break in February. Four lucky members along with their chaperones will spend about ten days with us and we plan to make this a really special experience for everyone. We need your help to make this happen and so we would welcome offers of hospitality, particularly but not essentially, from hunting families. Our visitors will stay as guests in family homes and will be mounted on suitable horses for the days on which hunting will be arranged. If you would like to be a part of hosting this activity please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 056.8832966 by Tuesday 18th October.
Four Members of the IPC and a chaperone will be included in this Hunting Exchange.
This is a preliminary notice, applications forms for places will be available shortly.
